Erik de Stefanis
Hi, I’m Erik. I love building AI products and getting them into daily use. I co-founded Revla, AI software for field sales teams, and built its first production version myself. I also built and commercialized a voice agent that conducts reference checks for staffing firms.
That work shaped my interest in owning operating companies, where I believe AI can create durable value by freeing people to focus on tasks that benefit from human judgment and taste. Today, I'm on the M&A team at Endura, a PE-backed residential services platform.
Previously, I was a Partner at Interlace Ventures, an early-stage fund backed by PayPal and Bain Capital Ventures. I also co-founded a premium eyewear brand with customers in 20+ countries and built and sold a personal finance media business.
I recently completed my MBA at Harvard Business School and am a dual Swedish–U.S. citizen.
